Ryanair bad experiences - Have your say.
Are their taxes and charges too much? Is it fair they charge so much to use your credit card? Is their website designed to "trip" you up when booking? Let us and other know.

  1. With Ryanair how come you now have to pay to be checked in at the airport? Even better how come if you do the work yourself and check in online using your time, paper, ink etc you also have to pay for that. Doesn't make sence to me. Come on ryanair.

  3. I recently flew from Dublin Airport to Leeds. As I was boarding my flight I helped a lady who was struggling with hand luggage, a new born baby and a push-chair. I carried her case from the terminal to the airplane and as I boarded 2 members of staff, before having the good manners to ask me about the luggage, questioned me loudly infront of passengers as to who gave me authority to bring 2 peices of hand luggage on board and why hadn't I checked one of the bags in. When they finaly stopped their questioning I told them it was the lady behind me carrying the baby who owned the luggage and I was only doing a good deed..No apology though...suprisingly!!

  4. Ryanair Credit Card Charges.
Next time your on Ryanair.com when you come to pay here's something for you to think of. When you make your credit card payment {except visa electron} you get charged €5 per person per journey {€10 return}. This is what Ryanair pass off as a processing fee. The credit card companies charge Ryanair 30 cent per transaction!! Need I say more.
